BanglaOCR ("we") provides Bangla document-AI services at https://banglaocr.com, operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact: [email protected].

2. Documents you upload to the free online tool

• Uploaded files are processed to produce your OCR/extraction result.
• Files and results may be retained temporarily for service operation and abuse prevention, and are deleted on a rolling basis or upon request.
• We do not sell your documents or their contents, ever.
• Do not upload documents you are not authorized to process.

3. On-premise deployments

Enterprise on-premise installations run entirely on the customer's infrastructure. We receive no documents, results, or telemetry from on-premise systems.Data handling in those deployments is governed by the customer's own policies.

4. Technical data

Like most websites we process basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security, rate-limiting of the free tier, and anonymous usage statistics.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use minimal cookies necessary for site operation, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with you by emailing [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable period.
