1. Acceptance

By using https://banglaocr.com or BanglaOCR services you agree to these terms.

2. The free online tool

• Provided for evaluation and personal use, with fair-use daily limits we may adjust.
• You must own or be authorized to process any document you upload.
• The service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees for the free tier.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

OCR and handwriting recognition are probabilistic technologies. We publish measured accuracy figures and flag uncertain results, but output may contain errors and must be verified by you before use in any consequential context (financial, legal, medical or official). We are not liable for decisions made on unverified output.

4. Paid plans & enterprise licenses

Hosted plans are billed as described at /pricing/ and may be cancelled monthly. Enterprise on-premise licenses, support terms and SLAs are governed by the signed agreement between the parties, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to process documents without authorization, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our models, or to resell free-tier access.

6. Intellectual property

The software, AI models and website content are our property. Your documents and the outputs generated from them are yours.
