Turn filled forms into structured data
Upload a filled bank, KYC or insurance form. Get every field — printed and handwritten — as verified, structured data ready for JSON, Excel or your core system.
The data-entry problem every institution knows
Thousands of paper forms arrive daily. Each one is manually retyped — slow, expensive, error-prone. Generic OCR doesn't help: it outputs one messy paragraph. Institutions need structure.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of forms can it process?
Any filled form: bank account opening (AOF), fixed deposit, KYC, loan applications, insurance claims, government applications, NGO surveys. It reads the printed labels and the handwritten/typed entries together and pairs them into field-value data.
What output formats do I get?
An on-screen editable field table for verification, JSON download for system integration, and spreadsheet-ready structured data. APIs are available for direct integration with your core banking or ERP software.
How does it handle checkboxes and tick marks?
Selected options are detected and returned as the field value — e.g. Account Type: 'Fixed Deposit', Operating Instruction: 'Singly'.
What happens when the AI is not sure about a field?
The field is highlighted with a confidence flag and the alternative readings are shown as one-click options. Built-in validators also cross-check amounts against amounts-in-words and verify dates are plausible — mismatches get flagged automatically.
How much faster is it than manual data entry?
Around 5x in practice: instead of typing ~25 fields per form, an operator reviews a handful of flagged fields and clicks save. A form that took 5 minutes takes about one.
Can it process multi-page PDFs and batches?
Yes — multi-page PDFs are processed page by page with per-page results, and batch processing is available for archive digitization projects.
Is an audit trail available?
Every field carries its confidence score and verification status, giving you an audit-ready record of what was read automatically versus verified by a human.
