What counts as a 'page'?
One image or one PDF page processed once. Re-processing the same page counts again. Unused pages do not roll over.
Can I pay in BDT? What payment methods are supported?
Yes — pricing is in Bangladeshi Taka. We support bank transfer and mobile financial services (bKash/Nagad) for local customers; international cards on request.
What's the difference between the monthly plans and Enterprise?
Monthly plans run on our hosted platform. Enterprise is a flat-license, on-premise installation on YOUR servers — unlimited volume, full data privacy, and the option of a custom-trained model for your document types.
Why would a bank choose Enterprise instead of a cloud plan?
Because customer KYC documents should never leave the bank's infrastructure. Enterprise runs inside your data center, works offline, and eliminates per-page costs at archive scale.
Is there a setup fee for Enterprise?
A one-time deployment and integration fee applies depending on scope (installation, API integration, staff training, optional custom model tuning). We scope it in the consultation.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes — monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs, universities or archives?
